Yohay Baking Co. began in 1948 with an authentic Austrian recipe and a desire to do things a bit differently. Today, Yohay is owned by Michael Solomon who keeps a watchful eye on the direction the company is heading. The rest of the team includes our esteemed bakers and pastry decorators who spend their days breathing in sweetness. Our faithful and diligent customer service managers who love to deal with people. The folks in the warehouse make sure the orders are picked and packed properly and shipped on time. And, of course, we can’t forget our sales squad who hit the pavement everyday helping our family of retail stores get our products on and off their shelves.
