Made from an authentic Austrian recipe using our own special baking equipment, these tasty treats have been with us since the beginning. We start with a crispy, wafer thin shortbread cookie. While still warm and soft, we tightly roll each cookie into a hollow cylinder then fill each with a delicate silky cream filling. This makes them crispy on the outside and creamy within.
